HashedByte is a company founded with the mission to bring enterprise-level tools, hosting, and software capabilities to smaller organizations that are often overlooked by major providers. Our roots are in Western New York, and we remain committed to supporting local businesses, creatives, and online communities who deserve high-quality technology at accessible prices.

Leadership

HashedByte is led by a team that has been working professionally in the IT field for a decade and has a mix of experience building computers, repairing hardware, developing and designing software applications, hosting game servers and websites, and general IT operations. We take pride in carefully overseeing and implementing everything from core infrastructure design down to the customer experience and support quality.

We are intentionally small — but growing. HashedByte works with a network of external collaborators, developers, and IT specialists who assist with:

Why We Care So Much About SMBs and Micro-Communities

Large hosting companies are built for massive enterprise clients and smaller hosting companies often cut corners on their user experience and resource allocation to increase user acquisition. We take a different approach with a much heavier focus on local shops, small creative teams/individuals, and community groups.

By focusing on these customers, we aim to give these groups the tools they need without enterprise pricing or complexity that they don't need.

Our Vision for the Future

We’re building toward a solid foundation and not just a large valuation by a venture fund. Our focus for the future is to continue building and supporting hundreds of SMBs, a larger and truly passionate dedicated team to support our users, new services as we branch further into AI and customizable hosting options, and continuing to develop a robust infrastructure to support all of our amazing customers and their ideas.
